UMBC’s Graduate Program in Community Leadership partnered with Baltimore Votes this past semester. Graduate student, Vicki Franco, and Co-Founder of Baltimore Votes, Sam Novey, worked together on community initiatives to bring more awareness to voting in Baltimore.
